I understand that permanent jewelry is NOT indescribable. Like all chains and jewelry, with enough force, it will break. If the break happens at the weld side, Ember + Gold will put the chain back on free of charge for the first 30 days.

I understand some metals have reactions to cleaners, sulfates in water, lotions/hair products, bleach, salt water, hot tubs, etc. In the event that my chain tarnishes, or has build up of contaminants, I will use a soft toothbrush with warm water and dish soap to clean it. I may also use jewelry cleaner to remove any tarnish.
I understand chains are cut and welded specifically for me and therefore are NOT able to be returned. All sales are final.
I understand that if i remove my jewelry, I can get it welded back on for a fee of $15.
